1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Arpita Tours and Travel.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Payments

• Payments must be made through approved methods only.
• Prices may vary depending on travel dates, availability, and third-party costs.
• Any additional charges incurred during travel (e.g., meals, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure may qualify for a partial refund (after deducting service charges).
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of departure or for no-shows.
• Refunds are processed within 15-30 working days, depending on third-party policies.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• It is the responsibility of travelers to carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.).
• Travelers must follow the laws and customs of the destinations visited.
• Arpita Tours and Travel is not liable for loss of personal belongings.

5. Itinerary & Services

• Itineraries may be subject to changes due to weather, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation, or activities with alternatives of equal value.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Arpita Tours and Travel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or any events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
